KBK was involved with this project from preconstruction to selection of décor. Our early involvement helped bolster our clients’ confidence as the project proceeded, enabled them to visualize their dream, and established a concept they could build on over time. We helped the clients with design decisions and project management to ensure the selection process was well-coordinated with the construction schedule. KBK added detail and value to the built-ins and millwork selections made by the builder. Our custom designs created the furniture, furniture layouts, flooring and window treatments. In the kitchen and bathrooms, we selected tile design, plumbing and hardware. For the exterior, we helped select the siding style, color and stone. We also provided paint colors, hardware selections and schedules to keep the project organized.
