This Bayhead home on the water was in need of an update to create a family retreat. Phase one, was to create a master plan addressing short and long term goals, starting with an overall color scheme , selection of pool finishes during it’s construction including outdoor furniture and design of the primary bedroom and guest rooms before the beach season. Phase two focused on a third floor addition complete with pool room, guest room and bar design, the renovation of five bathrooms and millwork and cabinet design for cabana and mudroom. It was important to update, but keep the integrity of the existing architecture so that interior and exterior design decisions reflected the personality and style of this family.
