This beautiful home overlooking a golf course was given an update with a tailored transitional vibe. The renovation started by expanding the Primary bedroom into a suite with sitting area without expanding the footprint of the house. Windows became doors with incredible views of the backyard gardens, complete with fireplace, fishtank and custom KBK cabinets and millwork creating a luxurious place to unwind. The second phase was the renovation of the living room and finishing touches to the existing dining room, family room and three guest rooms. From soft blues with bold black accents in the primary suite to jewel toned fabrics in the living room, the house flows from intimate to dynamic spaces tailored to our client’s sense of style.
